Neighborhood

Lavaca is one of San Antonio's oldest neighborhoods. Many families have been in this neighborhood for generations. While literally being in the shadow of America's 7th largest city, Lavaca maintains its small neighborhood charm. There are several great restaurants and pubs that are walking distance from the house. The Alamodome, Tower of the Americas, Convention Center and Riverwalk are all within a 15 min walk. Going forward, the new San Antonio Spurs arena is being built a quarter mile away! This location is hot and only getting hotter.

This home was perfect for our family vaca, which included a mom, dad, grown son and his family, grown daughter and her family. It had plenty of room for all of us to have "our" space. The balconies were great to relax on and enjoy the amazing view of the Alamodome and Tower of America. The host was more responsive than any host I have ever had. He even had every bathroom cabinet with a container of "items we often forget" which had extra toothbrushes, razors, etc. He thought of EVERYTHING. He knew we were bringing a 19 month old with us so he had baby gates set up at all staircases, a playpen ready and a high chair in kitchen for our use. It was all so helpful. The home had anything we needed to cook with. The rooms were cozy but not over filled. It was so much of a home feel that we all hated to leave. We will FOR SURE return to this home in San Antonio. It was perfect, clean, nice street, park nearby, close to every attraction we wanted to see. It is a 10+ star!

This is the best Air bnb I have stayed in! The host is amazing! Very responsive. We were welcomed with a lovely note plus Empanadas and cold water in the fridge! This home has it all, beautiful views of the city the Alamodome and Tower of America can be seen from both balconies! It’s very well stocked with anything you would ever need. Comfortable beds. It’s very clean, smells amazing and is decorated with nice San Antonio decor. Baby gates were also set up for us plus there was a high chair and pack n play for the kids. And there is also a park right across the street. It was so amazing I stayed another night! I highly recommend this home. I will definitely stay again!

This place went above and beyond! Had so much stuff to do and tons of extra things like toothbrushes and games and sodas in the fridge. The beds were so comfortable I truly felt well rested! Thanks for an amazing weekend!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. The space was spotless and beautiful. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made the entire experience effortless. The location was walking distance to the Towers Of The Americas and the Riverwalk. I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home, from the comfortable beds to the wells stocked essential. There were items that I didn't realized I needed until I got there and I was so pleasantly surprised that the house had everything I could possible need. I highly recommend this Airbnb

A+++ what else can I say other than absolutely perfect! Myself and two friends came to San Antonio for a long three day weekend. It was just a quick guys trip, but this home made the stay perfect. Everything is exactly as pictured - in fact even better! The location is perfect. You can walk, drive or do like we did and e-scooter everywhere. Robert answered all of our questions quickly and pleasantly. There was even a little welcome note waiting for us when we checked in. Seriously can’t say enough good things about this place and the host. If you are even remotely considering it pull the trigger… Once people find out about this Airbnb, it will no doubt be booked nonstop. Thank you, Robert!

This Airbnb is nothing short of amazing! The property is immaculate, modern, and beautifully decorated with a tasteful Texas touch that made it feel so welcoming. No detail was overlooked. The location is great for exploring SA. The River walk is just under a mile walk and there are tons of other great spots nearby, all within walking distance. The hosts were incredibly kind, even acknowledging our son’s graduation from BMT. Communication was fantastic. Everything was easy and stress-free. If you happen to forget something, don’t worry- the hosts have thought of absolutely everything. From essentials to thoughtful extras you didn’t even realize you need, they've got you covered. The level of care and attention throughout the home is beyond impressive. It's obvious the hosts care about creating the best possible experience for their guests. Every host should take notes- it doesn't get any better than this!

We had an excellent stay at this townhome! It was an easy, well-lit 12-minute walk to the Hemisphere Plaza, Alamodome, and downtown. We traveled to San Antonio for a women’s conference at the Alamodome and loved that we didn’t have to drive or pay the high parking fees — such a plus! The townhome was spotless, very well stocked with everything we could possibly need, and the beds…so comfortable! We enjoyed our evenings relaxing on the patio with the Tower of the Americas as the backdrop , truly the cherry on top. The location was safe, had easy access to the expressway, and the 2-car garage was a great bonus for convenience and added security. Bob was amazing — quick to respond to texts, and check-in was a breeze. Thank you, Bob, for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

The detail the owner took to decorate this house was nothing short of perfection. All the detail down to the labeling of every light switch in the house and remote to every room is just the start of the perfection of this home and what you get to see in this house and from this house.
